Each leader's flower is the shape of how they operate, drawn from what they answered. One petal for each of five sides of how a person works, longer where there is more of it. It is a shape to know them by. No number is shown. Under the flower: what they are good at and what to develop. Details opens everything about them.
Each box is one arena. The top row is high pressure, where mistakes are costly. The bottom row is low pressure, where mistakes cost less. The left column is unpredictable work, where rules and priorities change often. The right column is predictable work, where rules and priorities stay the same.
Each circle is one leader, placed in the arena they work in now. The color of the circle shows how well the leader fits that arena. Select a circle to open everything about that leader.
A dashed circle shows the arena that would likely fit a leader best, when it is different from the arena they work in now. The dashed arrow goes from where the leader works now to that arena.
One row for each leader. Leaders with the heaviest workload are at the top. After that, leaders with the most open items come first, and then leaders with the weakest fit. Select a row to open everything about that leader.
Each row is one leader and each column is one arena. Each box shows how well that leader would fit that arena, based on the leader's assessment. Select any box to see what would change if that leader's work moved into that arena. The leader stays the same person. Only the working conditions around them change. Nothing you select here is saved or shared with anyone.
The grid is wider than your screen. Scroll the grid sideways to see all four arenas.
You are the blue circle at the top. Each line goes from you to one leader, and the label on the line shows how many days ago you last had a 1:1 meeting with that leader. The box under each leader is that leader's team, with how many people answered the latest team survey. Select a leader's circle to open everything about that leader.
The diagram is wider than your screen. Scroll the diagram sideways to see every leader.
Fit is a hypothesis about where a leader is likely to do their best work. It is not a prediction of their performance. P×E team never shows personality scores or test scores. Team survey results show only when 5 or more people answer, so no answer can be traced to one person.
